PITCH BLACK MASS!
SWIL had supported PITCH BLACK MASS before when they played @ SHOTSKIS in Salem, Oregon. They also had a very solid set that night.
Wow what a great night for live music in Portland, OR! Although I contacted all my friends playing elsewhere that night…encouraged them to have a great show, and noted that their attendance numbers looked very strong…I then made the difficult choice with so many good shows going on that night - to go support a bill with 2-bands from out-of-town. SWIL wanted to help spread support for the scene around!
Needless to say I am sure SWIL's presence was appreciated but they did not need us - this place was packed with metal-melting believers!
Here again is PITCH BLACK MASS as a feature on the PROPOGANDA MACHINE supported by SWIL out on the scene. This band is going to melt your face with a locked-down rhythm section, a very full sounding, grinding guitar-rhythm compliments this with this ability to compress it down and burn your eardrums with cutting lead work. Dedicated front-man that knows where his bands big auditory pocket is with the goal of putting on a fun, engaging show!
